Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Accounting Department.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of accounting documents such as vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payroll records.
  • Encode and update financial data into accounting systems or spreadsheets.
  • Help in reconciling accounts and preparing simple financial summaries as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and employees regarding billing, reimbursements, and payment schedules.
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and memos) related to accounting matters.
  • Monitor and replenish office and accounting supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents required by the Accounting Head.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Accounting or Finance Department.
  • Handle petty cash

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
