Job Description:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Implement and enforce proper warehousing procedures, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of goods.
  • Plan and oversee delivery schedules to meet customer demands and operational requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain warehouse safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and logistics activities.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly OPCOM reports.
  • Manage e-commerce fulfillment operations, including order processing, packing, and shipping for platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, returns handling, and customer satisfaction for online marketplace transactions.
  • Collaborate with platform representatives and internal teams to optimize performance metrics and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or a related course
  • At least 3 years' experience in warehouse supervision
  • Skilled in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Experienced in inventory control with knowledge of FIFO/FEFO methods
  • Ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams
  • Proficient in delivery planning and scheduling
  • Knowledgeable in shipment documentation and tracking
  • Competent in using WMS or similar systems
  • Can enforce safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Able to identify efficiency gaps and apply process improvements
  • Experienced in preparing monthly operational reports (OPCOM)
  • Background in e-commerce fulfillment operations, preferably with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada
  • Familiar with online order workflows, including pick-pack-ship processes, returns, and platform-specific logistics
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, such as order accuracy, delivery lead time, and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
