Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

·   Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices.

·   Store products in designated areas of the warehouse according to storage requirements.

2. Order Fulfillment:

·   Ensure accuracy in picking processes to minimize errors and discrepancies.

3. Warehouse Operations:

·   Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse storage areas and workspaces.

4. Quality and Safety Compliance:

·   Follow proper handling procedures to prevent damage to products and ensure product integrity.

·   Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

5. Team Collaboration:

·   Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and other team members to achieve daily operational goals.

·   Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding inventory status and order processing.

6. Regular and Periodic Activities:

6.1 Daily Activities:

·   Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.

·   Pick products from shelves or storage locations based on order requirements.

6.2.  Weekly/Monthly Activities

·   Conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records.

·   Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities.

6.3    Quarterly/Annual Activities:

·   Participate in training sessions on safety protocols, warehouse procedures, and equipment operation.

·   Support special projects or initiatives as assigned by warehouse management.

7   Other duties or task may assign.

Work Environment:

·   Work in a fast-paced environment within Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corp, requiring flexibility in tasks and schedules to meet operational demands.

Qualifications:

·   High school diploma or equivalent required.

·   Previous experience in warehouse operations or a related field preferred.

·   Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse equipment is beneficial.

Skills/Abilities:

·   Attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and processing orders.

·   Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.

·   Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.

Physical Requirements:

·   Ability to lift and carry objects and work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
