We're looking for a Data Analyst who's ready to take ownership of the numbers, dive deep into lead data, clean and structure lists, and support our sales and marketing engine with actionable insights.

About Us

We help families unlock the value of inherited properties with messy title issues—liens, probate troubles, tax problems, and more. Instead of forcing a sale, we buy fractional interests (10%, 20% at a time), giving heirs a way to cash out on their terms. Since most properties have multiple owners, we handle the legal heavy lifting, working with attorneys to clear title issues and secure a clean deed. It's a tough process, but we thrive on solving these challenges and helping families turn stuck properties into real money.

What You'll Do:

  • Pull and scrub raw data from sources like county records, CSV files, APIs, and lead providers
  • Skip trace missing owner info and organize property records for import into our CRM
  • Manage and maintain our CRM systems (Podio, REISift, etc.) to ensure data is clean, current, and functional
  • Support the operations and sales teams with smart lists, reports, and tracking
  • Analyze lead flow, campaign performance, and acquisition trends using Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar tools
  • Build repeatable reports and dashboards that highlight what's working — and what's not
  • Conduct property research and compile due diligence insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, acquisitions, and developers to streamline processes

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in data analysis, IT, or a similar technical role
  • Fluent in English with solid communication skills — written and verbal
  • Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Podio, SQL, Python, Tableau, or REISift
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and willing to take ownership of your work
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup-like environment
  • Bonus: Experience with real estate data or CRM automation
  • Tech requirement: Your computer must have at least 8GB RAM
