JOB DESCRIPTION:
- · Candidate must be a College Graduate (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
- · At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- · Required skills: MS Office, MS Excel, Communication Skills (Verbal & Written), Organizational Skills
- · Office related works and documentations
JOB ROLES:
- · Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda
- · Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- · Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
- · File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- · Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- · Develop and maintain a filing system
- · Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- · Document expenses and hand in reports
- · Undertake occasional receptionist duties
- · Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
- · Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
- · Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- · Perform accounting tasks with the assistance of outsource Accounting Agency
- · 1+ year of clerical experience
- · Experience in bookkeeping, accounting and data processing preferred
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- · College Graduate (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
- · Microsoft Office Literate (Excel, Word)
- · Has EXCELLENT Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- · Has good organizational skills (multi-tasking)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
