Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field
  • At least 6 months of clerical or administrative experience (membership handling experience is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database systems
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Process membership applications and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the database
  • Assist members with inquiries regarding their status, benefits, and account updates
  • Prepare and issue membership cards, certificates, or related documents
  • Generate and submit regular membership reports to management
  • Coordinate with other departments to address member concerns and requests
  • Support membership drives, promotions, and events when needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of member information
