Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field
- At least 6 months of clerical or administrative experience (membership handling experience is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database systems
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Process membership applications and renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the database
- Assist members with inquiries regarding their status, benefits, and account updates
- Prepare and issue membership cards, certificates, or related documents
- Generate and submit regular membership reports to management
- Coordinate with other departments to address member concerns and requests
- Support membership drives, promotions, and events when needed
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of member information
