Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in choosing the right eyewear, and ensuring smooth store operations while representing the OWNDAYS brand. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.

Conduct basic eyewear fittings and assist customers in selecting frames and lenses.

Explain lens options, promotions, and warranties clearly.

Handle sales transactions, including cashiering and proper documentation.

Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and replenished.

Maintain brand standards by keeping the store clean, neat, and presentable.

Support daily store operations such as inventory count, stock management, and visual merchandising.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns professionally.

Uphold OWNDAYS brand values and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Male or Female

High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate / College Level or Graduate

With or without experience (training will be provided)

Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage

Must have good communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented

Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Willing to be assigned in [Branch Location]
