Sales Agent

Join our dynamic team and ignite your sales career We are seeking an energetic Sales Agent to represent our brand and drive growth across Negros Island Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Expand our market presence by introducing products to potential clients and saturating designated catchment areas.
  • Execute targeted field sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned quotas.
  • Collect customer payments efficiently and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Support and increase territory sales outputs through proactive engagement.
  • Ensure timely and effective daily sales deliverables and reporting.
  • Actively contribute to team goals and collaborate on promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or college degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years of related sales experience (preferably in Retail, Construction, or Hardware).
  • 1-4 years of experience as an employee specializing in Sales is an advantage.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and can drive a four-wheeled vehicle both automatic and manual
  • Willing to travel and work in various locations around Negros Island Region
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a true team player.
  • Strategic thinker with management and marketing aptitude.
  • Knowledge of speaking Hiligaynon and Bisaya is a great advantage.
