We're Hiring: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

Location: Alabang | Full-Time | Agency Experience Preferred

We are a communications agency specializing in PR, influencer marketing, experiential campaigns, and digital strategyy. We're looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and deliver standout campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PR accounts and cross-functional marketing projects
  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans to drive publicity and meet KPIs
  • Contribute big, bold, and relevant creative ideas that solve client challenges
  • Identify new business opportunities and craft compelling proposals
  • Lead pitch presentations and confidently represent the agency
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction
  • Oversee budgets and timelines to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Leverage your network of media contacts and influencers for impactful coverage

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management or business development in an agency setting (preferred)
  • Proven success in PR, activations, and digital/social media marketing campaigns
  • Strong writing, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Experience leading pitch presentations is a plus
  • Proficient in PowerPoint; Canva and Photoshop knowledge is a bonus
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and client-focused
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang
