We're looking for an Accounting Associate who will play a key role in handling clients' tax filings, compliance reports, and documentation. You'll collaborate closely with senior accountants to ensure all submissions to the BIR and other regulatory offices are accurate and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to CPAs and senior team members on various accounting tasks
  • Assist in ensuring timely and accurate BIR submissions and compliance requirements
  • Support tax planning, bookkeeping, and the preparation of financial documentation
  • Handle registrations and renewals of business permits and other regulatory requirements
  • Maintain well-organized records and documentation for easy reference and reporting
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Management/Technology, Finance, or other Business-related fields
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in tax preparation, BIR compliance, and preparation of AFS
  • Background in accounting services or consulting firms providing client-focused accounting and compliance services
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Word, and online communication tools (Zoom, Viber, Telegram, etc.)
  • Familiar with BIR processes and electronic filing systems (eFPS, eBIRForms, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Onsite work required at Civic Prime, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
  • A proactive self-starter with confidence and a solutions-driven mindset
