Job Description:

  • To assist the Vice President of Operations with the daily logistics transactions.
  • Trace, track and expedite purchase processes
  • Create and maintain contact with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Assist sales with their inquiries regarding shipments.
  • Organize files both manually and electronically
  • Monitor deliveries for repaired and returned items.
  • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
  • Processes and monitors FOB transactions
  • Canvasses and reviews freight charges and coordinates with forwarder for shipment purposes
  • Assists in TELCO transactions and NTC requirements.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Educational Attainment: College Graduate
  • Experience with the logistics is a plus.
  • Above average analytical skills, time management skills, open to change, can handle pressure, passionate, initiative.
