JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration and/or Logistics field, Customs Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven analytical and written presentation skills
  • Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify future problems even before they occur. Proactive in preparation and uses initiative in response
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications especially in MS Excel and with excellent typing skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares monthly reports in relation to Active customers, Delivery and Sales,  Returns of good, and Customer Aging and Collection report
  • Checks Courier Billings and coordinates summary of claims to carrier
  • Assists  the Accounts team in sending of Proof of Delivery
  • Fills out Excise Tax form, encodes duty drawback, and updates Duty Rates in support to the Purchasing team
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior form time to time
