We help fitness professionals scale their online businesses while guiding individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals. We're expanding and looking for a highly experienced High Ticket Appointment Setter who also brings proven social media management and video editing skills to the table.

This is not a basic setter role. We need someone who can generate quality appointments and support our brand presence with engaging short-form content. If you're driven, creative, and results-oriented—this role is for you.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ year experience as an Appointment Setter with a proven track record in high-ticket offers.
  • Strong background in Social Media Management (content creation, scheduling, engagement).
  • Skilled in Video Editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva.
  • Fluent written & spoken English with professional communication.
  • Available hours per week in Singapore time zone.
  • Coachable, detail-oriented, and highly proactive.

Core Responsibilities

Appointment Setting & Lead Generation

  • Conduct organic outreach (DMs, comments, calls, lead magnets).
  • Contact inbound leads (ads/website forms) within 3 minutes.
  • Manage CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Brightspots) with accurate tagging, notes, and statuses.
  • Hit daily targets of 150+ prospect connections.
  • Submit conversation logs and outreach reports daily.

Social Media & Content

  • Manage content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Research trending topics, hooks, and formats relevant to adults 40+.
  • Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, interviews) into multiple engaging short clips.
  • Draft captions, email scripts, and blog outlines aligned with our supportive, empowering tone.
  • Edit videos with cuts, captions, transitions, sound effects, and storytelling flow to keep content engaging.
