Head Bartender

POSITION SUMMARY

Head Bartender at Firefly City Garden Grand Hotel, you will be the driving force behind an exceptional bar experience, setting the standard for service, quality, and creativity. You will lead the bar team in creating unique, memorable experiences for our guests, curating innovative cocktail menus, and overseeing daily bar operations. This role requires an experienced, knowledgeable professional with a passion for mixology, a flair for hospitality, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Bartending Excellence

• Provide guests with outstanding hospitality, delivering drinks with both style and precision.
• Build rapport with guests, anticipating their needs and recommending drinks to enhance their experience.
• Ensure each guest's experience reflects the luxury standards of the Firefly City Garden Grand Hotel.

Menu Development & Cocktail Innovation

• Create and maintain a signature cocktail menu that aligns with Firefly City Garden's brand and seasonal offerings.
• Incorporate modern mixology techniques and trending ingredients to design creative and appealing cocktails.
• Work closely with the culinary team to integrate complementary food and drink pairings for special events and menus.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Manage bar inventory efficiently, tracking stock levels and placing timely orders.
• Control costs by managing stock levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring precise pouring and serving standards.
• Ensure all inventory management practices comply with hotel policies and regulatory requirements.

Staff Leadership & Training

• Lead and mentor bar staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Train bartenders on product knowledge, service standards, and drink preparation, ensuring consistency.
• Coordinate staff schedules to maintain optimal staffing during peak hours and special events.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee bar setup and closing procedures, ensuring an efficient, organized, and spotless bar area.
• Monitor bar equipment and glassware for cleanliness and readiness.
• Uphold all hotel health and safety standards, ensuring a secure and inviting bar environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
