Job Summary

Sales and Marketing

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensures monthly and annual sales revenue targets are met through effective sales strategies, client engagement, and offer creation.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing materials for Pixie Place and The Filinvest Tent to increase bookings.
  • Engage clients through targeted marketing efforts across multiple channels, including email campaigns, social media, sales calls and others to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
  • Handle client inquiries, ocular visits, draft proposals, create cost estimates, and execute Memorandums of Agreement (MOA).
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with accredited suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial metrics to propose pricing adjustments or promotional offers based on market trends.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients, follow up on outstanding balances, and coordinate with the finance team for accurate recording and reconciliation.
