Role OverviewWe're seeking a dependable and personable Client Experience Representative to manage inbound client calls and ensure every interaction feels professional and helpful. You'll handle customer questions, maintain lead records in internal systems, and help coordinate services—especially in urgent situations. You should be calm under pressure, technically capable, and flexible with scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Use established scripts to guide conversations and log comprehensive notes in the CRM.
  • Quickly arrange bookings according to client needs, prioritizing emergencies when required.
  • Tailor your communication style to match caller emotions and urgency.
  • Apply local knowledge (postcodes, landmarks) to create a relatable caller experience.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex cases.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and quality reviews to refine call handling.

Mandatory Skills

  • Fluent spoken English with a neutral or soft accent.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively during stressful or emotionally charged calls.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong adherence to scripts and processes.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, telephony systems, and collaboration platforms.
  • Strong attendance, professionalism, and willingness to accept feedback.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in inbound customer support, dispatching, or a call center role.
  • Knowledge of lead-management systems and CRM best practices.

    Familiarity with international or UK postcode formats.
  • Adaptability to new tools and evolving procedures.
  • Experience handling service requests that require urgency or discretion.

Technical Requirements

  • Stable primary internet connection (recommended 25 Mbps) with backup option.
  • Backup power supply (UPS/generator) to minimize downtime.
  • Reliable computer and noise-cancelling headset.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace for professional calls.
