Overview

The PR & Partnerships Associate will strengthen WPH Digital's visibility by leading public relations, partnerships, and event coordination. This role involves representing WPH at events, maintaining external relationships, and executing campaigns that enhance the company's brand reputation. The PR & Partnerships Associate will also manage email marketing efforts and work with the team to identify partnership, sponsorship, and media opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Represent WPH Digital during events, workshops, and exhibitions.
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with partners, collaborators, and media contacts.
  • Identify and propose new partnership, sponsorship, and co-branding opportunities.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, announcements, and PR materials.
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, registration, and follow-ups.

Continuous & Support Responsibilities

  • Develop and send monthly or bi-monthly email campaigns featuring company news, success stories, and event invitations.
  • Maintain a database of potential collaborators, event organisers, and media partners.
  • Support the Marketing Lead in securing speaking engagements, sponsorships, and media exposure.
  • Work closely with the Brand Engagement Associate to ensure smooth activation of partner collaborations across campaigns and events.
  • Support Marketing Creatives with copywriting for press releases, event-related announcements, collaboration proposals, publication materials, and email campaigns.
  • Contribute to lead generation through networking and partnership initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in PR, event coordination, or corporate communications.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Organised, proactive, and professional in external engagements.
  • Fluent in spoken English with strong presentation and articulation skills.
