Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and oversees unit repairs with internal teams and contractors.
  • Performs unit inspection, punch listing, and closeouts of endorsed properties.
  • Assists in pre-turnover inspections with the Customer Management Group (CMG) and identify defects for rectification.
  • Manage warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
  • Conducts inventory checks and works with the Quick Response Team (QRT) to identify required materials.
  • Assists in tracking unit conditions, processing repossessions, and restoring utilities for cancelled properties.
  • Documents maintenance activities, submits reports, and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Property Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in property maintenance, construction, or facilities coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of post-construction maintenance, repair processes, and warranty management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking maintenance activities.
  • Familiarity with materials inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for working with contractors and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and maintenance tracking software are an advantage.
