Technical Coordinator (Fixed-Term/Temporary - 3 Months)

AM Group is a leading provider of high-quality Kitchen Equipment and Supplies based in Makati City. We are looking for a highly organized and technically-minded individual to join our team for a three-month fixed-term/temporary contract as a Technical Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical and communication skills. The role is critical in supporting our technical and operational processes during a peak period.

Key Responsibilities

As the Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Documentation Management
  • Technical Support Coordination
  • Inventory Tracking
  • Process Improvement
  • Reporting

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a coordination, technical support, or project assistant role, preferably within a technical or equipment-focused industry.
  • Technical Aptitude: A strong fundamental understanding of systems, or a proven ability to quickly learn technical product information. Experience with kitchen equipment is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Soft Skills: Must be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
