Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base (hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage contract renewals.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and negotiate service agreements.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, pricing, margins, and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalated client issues related to delivery quality, schedules, or billing.
Operations & Production Oversight
  • Oversee daily plant operations including washing, drying, ironing, finishing, and packaging.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained, production schedules are met, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Manage inventory of chemicals, linens, uniforms, and consumables.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and route planning with the logistics team.
  • Optimize workflow to reduce downtime, waste, and rewash rates.
Team Leadership
  • Supervise sales, production staff, and shift supervisors.
  • Train team members on safety procedures, quality expectations, and productivity standards.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines related to industrial laundry operations.
  • Maintain clean, safe working conditions and enforce proper handling of chemicals.
Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, plant throughput, cost per pound/kg, delivery accuracy, and customer retention.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, production reports, and budget recommendations.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvement plans.
