Operations Manager

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the food and beverage or retail industry
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and maximizing the performance of franchise or multi-unit operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with franchisees, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Familiar with franchise business models and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across all stores or franchise branches to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
• Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and quality control measures
• Supervise and guide store managers or team leaders to achieve business goals and maintain consistent performance
• Analyze sales reports, inventory levels, and financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost efficiency
• Coordinate with the HR and Training departments in monitoring staff performance, attendance, and development needs
• Lead operational meetings and provide strategic recommendations to management and franchisees
• Ensure timely procurement and proper inventory management of supplies and materials
