Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Lead Specialist based in Quezon City. The Marketing Lead Specialist will oversee marketing strategies, conduct market research, and develop campaigns to drive customer acquisition. They will manage customer engagement, coordinate sales efforts, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service while closely collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate with teams effectively
  • Expertise in Market Research and the ability to analyze market trends and customer data
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service with a focus on building lasting relationships
  • Proficiency in developing and executing Marketing Strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
