DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Develops strategic plans and measures to ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service in the warehousing/merchandising and logistics department.

  2. Assists the Showroom Manager in conducting weekly meetings and submission of showroom reports.

  3. Discuss with the Showroom Manager relevant systems improvement and road maps that will improve productivity.

  4. Assists the Showroom Manager in creating a strong visual appearance of the Showroom

warehouse by effectively executing merchandise plans and strategies.

  1. Assists the showroom manager in motivating the Showroom Personnel to meet the monthly sales target.

  2. Assists in encoding all overtime, leave with pay or change of schedules in the 128 System Online when showroom manager is absent or on leave.

  3. Reports to the Showroom Manager about the employee's attendance and leaves from the

warehousing/merchandising and logistics department.

  1. Creates incident reports for any violations committed by his/her personnel from the

merchandising/warehousing and logistics as well as with the other department.

  1. Assists in conducting a company orientation to all newly hired Showroom Personnel specifically in the merchandising/warehousing and logistics.
