Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Perform in-process and finished product inspections to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and validate sanitation practices, critical control points (CCPs), and overall hygiene conditions on the production floor.
  3. Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of food safety management systems, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
  4. Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely documentation of quality records and inspection reports.
  5. Provide support during internal audits and external regulatory inspections by preparing records and facilitating audit activities.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  2. At least 6 months of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  3. Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, etc.).
  4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  5. Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and on shifting schedules.
