Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves creating and customizing applications, workflows, and integrations to support business needs while ensuring platform stability, scalability, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
  • Customize workflows, forms, and UI policies to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base, and user guides.
  • Support testing, deployment, and ongoing platform maintenance.
  • Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and governance standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration development.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications is a plus.
