We're looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Representative for an IT company that focuses on scanning and digitization, document management, business mapping, and integration.
The Customer Support Associate serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional assistance for non-technical support needs. This role involves handling inquiries related to accounts, billing, and general service concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, and product/service information.
- Provide accurate guidance on company policies, basic troubleshooting, and common customer issues.
- Record and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals through clear, empathetic, and solution-focused communication.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing feedback and supporting continuous process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or any related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience, preferably in a BPO or service-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented mindset with patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Work Details:
- Work on-site
- Monday to Friday; 8:00AM to 5:00PM
