-KOL Management & Collaboration

  1. Identify, recruit, and onboard Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers aligned with brand goals.

  2. Maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring alignment with campaign guidelines and objectives.

  3. Coordinate content creation schedules, campaign briefs, and deliverables with KOLs.

  4. Monitor KOL performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.

-Community Moderation & Engagement

  1. Manage and monitor Brand-owned KOL online communities (social media pages, groups, Discord, Telegram, etc.).

  2. Engage with community members through timely responses, discussions, and interactive activities.

  3. Enforce community guidelines and handle conflict resolution in a professional manner.

  4. Organize community events, Q&A sessions, and other interactive initiatives to boost engagement.

-Content & Campaign Support

  1. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan community-relevant content.

  2. Collect feedback, suggestions, and insights from the community for brand improvement.

  3. Assist in planning and executing influencer-driven activations, giveaways, and special events.

  4. Proven experience in influencer/KOL management or community moderation (preferably in gaming, entertainment, or lifestyle brands).

  5. Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, etc.).

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  7. Ability to analyze campaign and community engagement metrics.

  8. Basic understanding of content creation workflows.
