Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Post job openings and receive applications.
  • Schedule interviews and assist with reference checks.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate training sessions.
  • Record Management:
  • Maintain and update employee databases with employment status changes and other personal information.
  • File and organize HR documents and records, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Payroll & Benefits Support:
  • Collect and process time and attendance records for payroll.
  • Assist with payroll processing and resolving any related errors.
  • Handle inquiries and assist with benefits enrollment.
  • Administrative & Communication:
  • Schedule HR meetings, interviews, and events.
  • Process incoming emails and serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Manage confidential HR information and protect operations by maintaining its secrecy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php540.00 per day
