Key Responsibilties:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate new hire orientation
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
Benefits & Payroll Support
- Assist in benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries
- Coordinate with payroll for accurate processing of employee data
Employee Relations
- Support HR initiatives to promote a positive work environment
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Address basic employee concerns and escalate issues as needed
Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in audits and ensure HR practices comply with regulations
- Generate reports for management as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
