Summary of HR OJT Duties and Responsibilities
An HR OJT is responsible for providing support in various human resources functions such as recruitment, employee records management, timekeeping, and administrative tasks. They assist in posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, organizing HR documents, and supporting trainings and employee engagement activities. The OJT also helps ensure smooth HR operations by performing clerical duties and other tasks assigned by the HR department while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications of HR OJT
- Currently taking up a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management
- Must be enrolled in an accredited OJT/Internship program required by the school.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, records management, employee relations) is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of HR-related information.
- Can work well both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: From Php400.00 per day
