About the role

MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative | Content Moderator | Pure Non-Voice to join our team in Pasay City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and content moderation support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, or other communication channels
  • Moderate and review online content to ensure it adheres to company policies and guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and content moderation activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant work experience in the customer service or call centre industry
