What is your mission?We are looking for an Operations Coordinator (Automotive Inspections) to manage inspection reviews, scheduling, parts sourcing, and customer service. You will oversee job assignments, ensure reports meet technical standards, coordinate with vendors, and maintain smooth daily operations. This role requires detail orientation, quick problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Review, edit, and upload mechanical breakdown inspections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical and formatting standards
- Provide guidance to inspectors and internal teams on technical and procedural matters
- Assign and monitor inspection jobs, adjusting schedules as needed for efficiency
- Communicate with inspectors, customers, and partners to provide real-time updates
- Source and order automotive parts for fleet and consumer clients; manage purchase orders, returns, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely availability and cost-effective procurement
- Support warranty and third-party warranty cases, making necessary adjustments
- Respond to calls, emails, and instant messages from technicians, customers, and vendors
- Maintain accurate system updates and job closures in Lemon Squad Admin, Wrench Admin, and related platforms
- Identify and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support, operations, or service coordination role
- Background in automotive, mechanical, or inspection-related processes is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operations software
- Experience in customer service and vendor coordination
- Ability to work weekends and shifting schedules; immediate availability preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Above-average English communication skills (verbal and written)
