JOB ROLES

  • Assist in overseeing the daily Inventory Control and Compliance Operations by providing leadership and management

  • Planning, reviewing, and developing plans and programs for supply chain operations to improve the overall operational performance, processes, and procedures to support O+O business

  • Monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the overall operational performance by ensuring all KPIs are delivered within Service Level Agreement and approved budget

  • Analyzing and evaluating Inventory Control and Compliance operations data including KPIs, compliance, and budget, and providing new business solutions and initiatives

  • Promoting safety and good warehouse practice to adhere in the Standard Operating Procedures and Retail Operating Standard

  • Developing and maintaining good working relationship with cross-functional teams on Inventory Control and Compliance operations related operations and projects to ensure successful execution of plans

  • Performing other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
