HR Associate

The HR Associate will support both Philippine and US HR operations, with primary responsibility for assisting US HR initiatives and projects, while also handling PH HR documentation and employee engagement activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with US-based partners and stakeholders. Knowledge of US labor processes is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
US HR Support (Primary Scope)
- Provide HR support to the US HR team, including assistance with HR projects, reports, and other tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate with US HR partners, managers, and stakeholders via email, chat, and virtual meetings.
- Assist in implementing US HR initiatives, process improvements, and documentation requirements.
- Support data gathering, tracking, and preparation of HR-related materials for US HR use.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication across different time zones.
PH HR Support (Secondary Scope)
- Assist with PH HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, addendums, and internal forms.
- Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR initiatives for the PH team.
- Coordinate with internal teams on HR-related requests and documentation requirements.
- Help ensure compliance with internal HR processes and basic Philippine labor requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence in communicating with US partners.
- Good understanding of HR fundamentals, including employee lifecycle processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Comfortable working with US time zones or flexible schedules as needed.
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
- Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–4 years of HR or HR/Admin experience.
- Experience supporting international or US-based teams is a plus.
- Knowledge of US labor processes or HR practices is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR documentation, employee records, and coordination tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems is a plus.

Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
