Lease Management Intern

The Lease Management Intern will support the Lease Management team in organizing, updating, and maintaining accurate records of lessor information and contract details. The role is ideal for students who are eager to learn the fundamentals of lease administration and gain hands-on experience in a corporate setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support

  • Organize and maintain lease-related files, including proper
    filing, labeling, and documentation
    .
  • Assist in
    updating lessor information and contact details
    in each tenant's 201 file.
  • Ensure that all documents are complete, properly stored, and easy to retrieve when needed.
  • Support in preparing basic reports, tracking documents, and other clerical tasks required by the team.

Data Management

  • Encode and update lease-related data in internal systems or spreadsheets.
  • Ensure
    completeness and accuracy
    of all information being recorded.
  • Verify and cross-check details to maintain high data integrity.

Lease Process Exposure

  • Gain understanding of
    lease management fundamentals
    , including contracts, renewals, lessor communication, and documentation requirements.
  • Assist in gathering necessary documents for lease renewal or compliance purposes.
  • Support the team in coordinating with internal departments for lease-related requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Open to
    students of any course; business management or similar course
  • Must be
    willing to learn
    and develop a foundational understanding of lease management.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
