Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative specializing in chat support, located in Taguig. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance and maintain outstanding Customer Experience
- Proven skills in effectively managing conversations with customers as a Customer Service Representative
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Adaptable to handling diverse customer queries and issues
- Experience with chat support tools and platforms is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are beneficial
