About the role

Esse Vida, Inc. is seeking a driven and experienced KOL Marketing Manager to join our brand management team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement for our growing portfolio of health and wellness products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and establish partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers that align with our brand and target audience
  2. Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including content requirements and performance metrics
  3. Plan and oversee influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they are integrated with the overall marketing strategy
  4. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights to optimise future initiatives
  5. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop innovative, engaging content for our social media channels
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing

What we're looking for

  1. 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field
  2. Demonstrable track record of successfully managing influencer partnerships and driving measurable results
  3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with KOLs and internal stakeholders
  5. Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics and content creation tools
  6. Keen understanding of the health and wellness industry and target consumer insights
  7. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
