We are hiring for a QA Test Manager for a bank client located in Makati.

This is a regular Day Shift, Mon to Fri job

Salary is up to 170K based on experience

Main Requirement is at least 3 years of experience within the banking industry

Responsibilities:

  • Role will partner with stakeholders on creation of value story / business case
  • Coordinate all cross application dependencies and downstream impact with IT and business teams to prioritize enhancements and defects into releases
  • Conduct weekly/monthly QA Testing Management status meetings
  • Collaborate and provide release status to leadership team and stakeholders
  • Raise tickets for changes bugs and actively follow up for closure
  • Manage and lead an effective and cohesive local QA team
  • Work with the Warehouse Systems Operations Manager on continuing to build acceptance testing in all locations
  • Lead, develop and motivate direct reports, ensuring continuous improvement through regular individual and team sessions
  • Identify and develop members within the team with the potential to assume more responsibility as needed/available

Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum relevant experience ideally from the banking industry
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in design of detailed test plans, and creation and execution of test scripts
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience
