We are looking for a highly skilled
Test Manager
to lead our Quality Assurance team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and an experienced leader who can drive quality processes, mentor QA professionals, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals, fostering continuous skill growth and high performance.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define testing approaches, and support project planning.
  • Perform project-level risk analysis and provide recommendations to improve product quality and delivery timelines.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive testing schedules to ensure all deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in the creation and refinement of user stories, ensuring clarity and testability.
  • Conduct defect management, including logging, tracking, triaging, and coordinating fixes with development teams.
  • Prepare detailed test plans, test strategies, and testing documentation.
  • Analyze testing trends, results, and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance product quality.
  • Ensure all test cases are well-structured, detailed, and aligned with requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Execute test scripts and test scenarios, document results, and maintain accurate test evidence.
  • Coordinate and participate in QA meetings, triage calls, and cross-functional discussions.
  • Document and maintain quality standards, test processes, and training materials for the QA team.
  • Ensure all software and systems undergo thorough and accurate testing, with complete coverage of test cases.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and software development life cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as

  • Ability to read, understand, and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to generate clear documentation, including test cases, test evidence, bugs, change requests, and reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous quality improvements and defect prevention strategies.
