Position: Test Lead/Test Manager

Work Arrangement: Makati | Hybrid Set-up

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of total QA experience, with 4+ years in a Test Manager / Test Lead role.
  • Strong hands-on automation experience using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and test data management.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Domain expertise in insurance – life, health, or property & casualty systems (policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing).
  • Excellent knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
