JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Test Engineer with solid experience in Corporate Internet Banking and a strong background in software quality assurance within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing end-to-end testing, ensuring system reliability, and maintaining high-quality standards across digital banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end testing across multiple core banking modules.
  • Validate transaction processing, account operations, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, development teams, and integration partners to ensure seamless testing execution.
  • Perform functional, regression, and system integration testing in line with project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with banking standards, regulatory requirements, and data integrity.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive test cases, defect reports, and test documentation using standard testing tools.
  • Participate actively in daily stand-ups, defect triage meetings, and provide regular testing updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 to 5 years of Software QA testing experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Corporate Internet Banking (preferred).
  • Experience in any of the following areas: Channels, Cards, Core Banking, Front-End, Wealth Management (Avaloq), Mobile or Web Internet Banking (project handling experience required).
  • Good to have experience in Biller or Intellect Collection System.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Employment Details:

  • Salary Range: ₱60,000 – ₱65,000
  • Work Setup: Full onsite (Alabang or Makati – assignment based on site availability)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MNL)
