Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 104,000 to142,000 monthly to apply.

We are looking for an Automation QA/Test Lead with hands-on automation skills and experience in mentoring team members in automation testing and best practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Automation QA tasks across the IELTS space.

What will you do as an Automation QA/Test Lead?

Reporting to the IELTS Delivery Manager, your accountabilities will include:

• Lead automation testing across IELTS applications and systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Tosca, Selenium, Cucumber, and CI/CD tools.
• Guide and mentor QA engineers to strengthen automation capability and testing standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the delivery process.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

Essential:

• Proven experience with automation tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, Selenium BDD, Bitbucket, Cucumber, Tosca, and Grafana.
• At least 3 years in automation testing, including at least 1 year in a lead  role.
• Experience with test management tools such as qTest.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end test lifecycles and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Desirable:

• ISTQB certification(s)
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Experience in AI-driven testing and development tools, such as; Perfecto AI, Tricentis Copilot AI, JIRA Rovo AI, GitHub Copilot

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills. As part of the selection process, you will deliver a 7-minute presentation on a topic of your choice to assess your presentation abilities.
