We are looking for an experienced Training Content Designer to join a dynamic training team supporting a major account. The role focuses on creating engaging, effective learning content for a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses using Articulate Rise 360
  • Create compelling storylines and write clear, concise training content
  • Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business leaders to gather input
  • Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training programs
  • Provide guidance to trainers and facilitate sessions during new course rollouts
  • Develop and track metrics to measure training effectiveness
  • Design computer-based training programs as needed
  • Select and manage external vendors for content development or delivery when required

Basic Requirements:

  • Advanced experience in Articulate Rise 360 (minimum 1 year, must be clearly indicated on CV)
  • Experience in storyline creation and content writing (minimum 1 year, must be clearly indicated on CV)
  • Strong background as a Content Designer in a corporate environment
  • Excellent collaboration, analytical, and communication skills
