We are seeking a creative and self-directed Learning Content Designer to help us bring training programs to life through engaging, interactive, and well-designed digital learning experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in instructional design and digital content creation, particularly eLearning, graphic design, and video content production.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce effective learning content tailored to adult learners, including training materials, slide decks, eLearning courses, and animated videos.
  • Create animated training videos using tools like Vyond (or similar platforms).
  • Translate subject matter expertise into clear, engaging instructional materials using best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for trainings, consulting projects, business development initiatives etc.
  • Develop and publish content using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Design visual assets and layouts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS), including publishing courses and managing updates.
  • Curate relevant external resources to support learning initiatives.
  • Track learner engagement and gather feedback to inform content improvements.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Stay current with trends in digital learning, animation, and instructional design.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in instructional design, digital content production, or eLearning development.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Canva, and Vyond (or similar animation software).
  • Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing and maintaining content in LMS platforms.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
