Position Title: Training Content Developer & Video Training Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training Content Developer & Video Training Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on designing high-quality learning materials and producing professional training videos. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to convert technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand training content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training content, learning materials, and micro-learning assets.
  • Write clear, structured video scripts for compliance, regulatory, and professional development topics.
  • Work closely with SMEs to interpret complex or technical content.
  • Produce, film, and edit training videos and multimedia resources.
  • Create storyboards, visual concepts, and content outlines.
  • Ensure consistent branding and quality across all content.
  • Maintain organised files and version-controlled materials.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience in instructional design, content development, or multimedia content creation.
  • Strong video production skills (filming, editing, storyboarding).
  • Ability to write clear, logical training scripts.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience producing compliance, corporate, or professional development videos.
  • Familiarity with animation tools (Vyond, D-ID, Canva animation).
  • Experience in e-learning or micro-learning design.
