What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

  • Maintain and update spare parts inventory records in the system.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate requests for replenishment to avoid shortages.
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store spare parts and materials.
  • Issue spare parts to technicians or engineers upon request and record all movements accurately.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

What are the Skills and Qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in spare parts administration, warehouse management, or inventory control.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
