Job Description The Business Readiness Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization is prepared for and can effectively manage change initiatives driven by Globe-wide portfolio/product and platform changes. This includes product sunset, rationalization, and decommissioning. The role involves coordinating with various teams to implement change interventions, manage task forces, and translate processes to align with new operational requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Taskforce Management

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional taskforces to drive the planning and execution of change interventions

  • Foster collaboration among various departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure comprehensive readiness for product changes

Product Change Management

  • Develop and implement change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions during product sunsets and rationalization

  • Monitor and assess the impact of product changes on existing services, customers, and operational processes

Resource Management

  • Identify, allocate, and manage resources necessary for successful change implementation

  • Collaborate with project managers and team leads to ensure resource availability and capability alignment

Process Translation

  • Translate product and platform changes into actionable processes for operational teams

  • Create clear documentation and training materials to support staff in adapting to new processes and systems

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all change-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve change interventions

Performance Measurement

  • Develop metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of change interventions

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
