About the role:

As a Business Analyst, you should be adept at analyzing business needs, designing solutions, defining workflows, providing solutions, and implementing enhancements to improve our Salesforce and/ or Shopify environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Detail and document high-level to low-level functional and nonfunctional requirements and user stories, while also prioritizing business requirements, processes, and value
  • Understand the team's needs and facilitate their setting of project goals and objectives
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to senior and C-suite stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce and Shopify experience
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
  • Experience with the Salesforce environment
  • Familiarity with Shopify's e-commerce functionalities
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
