Role Summary:
We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic and client-centric team. In this role, you'll transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and engaging dashboards that drive business decisions. You'll also play a critical role in client communication, project scoping, and quality assurance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background, business acumen, and a knack for data storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visually engaging and insightful dashboards by extracting, cleaning, transforming, and modeling raw data.
  • Maintain and manage existing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and system performance.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to scope projects, present analytics solutions, and provide consultative insights.
  • Respond to dashboard-related queries, troubleshoot issues, and address client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights using strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
  • Deliver training sessions to team members on specific business analysis and BI topics as needed.
  • Ensure the highest quality of deliverables in line with client requirements and expectations.
  • Support the development and optimization of databases; monitor performance and ensure consistent data flow.
  • Perform data reconciliation to detect inconsistencies and recommend process enhancements.
  • Assist in creating reports, business presentations, training materials, and documentation.
  • Draft and maintain process documents aimed at improving efficiency and QA practices.
  • Lead or contribute to ad-hoc BI projects that innovate or improve existing solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar data role
  • At least 3 years of client-facing experience, such as consulting or account management
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Power Query, and DAX
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and relational databases
  • Ability to communicate findings and insights clearly to different audiences
  • Experience working with business concepts and operational processes
  • Exposure to other BI or data visualization tools is a plus
