Job Description

  • Provide guidance and training to ensure a culture of compliance across the organization.

  • Manage the department's overall performance and strategic objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Risk & Compliance Head should have:

  • A strong educational background in risk management, finance, or related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven expertise in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to implement and monitor compliance frameworks effectively.
